Return Policy – Avant Vista
At Avant Vista, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. In the event that you need to return an item, please review our comprehensive return policy below.
1. Return Initiation
If you need to return an item, please contact us promptly via email at support@avantvista.co.uk . Whether you’ve changed your mind or received a damaged or faulty product, we are here to assist you throughout the process.
2. Return Conditions
Unwanted Items:
- If you’ve received an item in good condition but wish to return it, please notify us within 7 days of receipt (the total return period should be not more than 14 days from the date of delivery). Either a collection fee will be charged based on the item’s size or for some brands like (beehive) returns must be delivered to the warehouse at your own expense. After return items will be inspected fully to assess them and check they are in new condition.
- For twenty 10 design items you need to notify us within 5 days of receipt.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
- If the furniture you receive is damaged or faulty, inform us immediately and provide photos for our investigation. We offer a free replacement or full refund.
Any faults or missing pieces must be reported in writing within 2 days of delivery, including the part letter/number (found on the instructions or invoice), a detailed description of the damage, and photographic evidence.
3. Packaging and Condition
For all returns, we kindly ask that the items are in their complete and original condition, including all packaging materials and accessories. Original packaging must be retained for the return to be processed.
Any returned items must be in an unused, brand-new condition and wrapped in original packaging. If you place an incorrect order and would like to exchange the item for a different colour or variation, you will also have to follow the above procedure. All returns must be delivered to our warehouse at your own expense, where they will be inspected. Any returned items must be in an unused, brand-new condition and wrapped in original packaging.
Please note, if your returned product has been devalued by unnecessary handling, is partly assembled, or missing its original packaging, we may deduct this value from your refund. This cost will be explained before we process your refund.
4. Inspection upon Delivery
Please inspect delivered parcels within 2 days of receipt to ensure they meet our quality standards. If any issues arise, contact us promptly.
5. Cancellation and Changes
If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, changes or cancellations will be considered as a return
6. Refunds
Upon receiving the returned product in our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 14 working days. Please note that we cannot accept returns without the original packaging.
