Shipping Schedule

We process and ship orders every business day from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Our goal is to dispatch all orders within two (2) business days, barring exceptional circumstances.

Change of Delivery Address

Deliveries will be made to the address specified during checkout. If you need to change the delivery address after dispatch, redirection is possible for courier-shipped orders. However, please note that you are responsible for covering the associated delivery charges. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Delivery Charges

• UK Mainland : Free Delivery With a delivery time of 2 to 8 working days.
• Small item Delivery (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Highlands, Scotland, Northern Ireland): Standard Delivery starting from £19.99 per item or order, with a delivery time of 5 to 10 working days.
• Large Item Delivery (Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Highlands, Scotland, Northern Ireland): Standard Delivery starting from £29.99 per item or order, with a delivery time of 5 to 10 working days.
